Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for Sunvibe (Pool & Beach) to lead the Food & Beverage team in a luxury resort setting. You will oversee operations, maintain service quality, and collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menus and promotions.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of outlet management experience in luxury hotels, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage staffing, payroll, and compliance with local licensing and health

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse team.
• Three to five years’ experience as an outlet manager in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the Pool & Beach.
• Enforce standards per policies, SOPs and quality measures.
• Plan menus, prices and promotional events with the Chef de Cuisine.
• Ensure reservations are managed well and seating is maximised.
• Monitor financials with monthly P&L analysis to drive efficiency.
• Maintain menu accuracy, descriptions and presentation.
• Manage annual leave and holiday clearances to avoid accumulations.
• Coordinate special promotions and festive events for the outlet.
