Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for Sunvibe (Pool & Beach) to lead the Food & Beverage team. You will oversee operations, plan menus and promotions, and ensure service excellence aligned with MO standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in luxury hotel outlets, strong English communication skills, and experience with P&L analysis, budgeting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
• 3-5 years’ experience as an outlet manager (Pool & Beach) in a luxury hotel.
• International work experience in multiple regions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the Pool & Beach outlets.
• Enforce standards per policies, SOPs and quality measures.
• Plan menus, prices and promotions with the Chef de Cuisine.
• Manage reservations and seating capacities for the outlet.
• Monitor and analyse monthly P&L and implement corrective actions.
