Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager, Sunvibe & Beach, to lead the Pool & Beach F&B team in a luxury beachfront setting. You will oversee operations, staffing, pricing and guest experience while ensuring compliance with MO standards.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management and 3–5 years as an outlet manager, with international exposure and strong English communication. A competitive compensation package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
• 3–5 years’ experience as an outlet manager (Pool & Beach).
• International work experience in multiple regions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pool & Beach operations and administrative tasks.
• Enforce standards per policies, SOPs and quality measures.
• Supervise maintenance, cleanliness and monthly walk-throughs.
• Plan menus, prices and promotions with the Chef de Cuisine.
• Manage reservations and optimize seating capacities.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare weekly rosters.
