The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and bring 3–5 years of related experience, with a focus on safety, budgeting, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or any other relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recreation or leisure operations within luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in the overall management of sports and leisure facilities, including staffing, programming, and facility maintenance.
• Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality service and adhere to operational standards.
• Foster positive relationships with guests and members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement innovative sports and recreational programs and events that meet the needs and interests of the community.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, ensuring they meet health, safety, and aesthetic standards.
• Assist in budget planning and management, monitoring expenses and revenue streams to optimize financial performance.
• Support marketing efforts to promote sports and leisure programs and events, utilizing various channels to attract participants and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed.
