Job summary
Jumeirah Beach Hotel, part of Jumeirah, invites applications for an Outlet Manager to lead the Dhow & Anchor dining concept. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coach a high-performing team and drive service excellence in a luxury setting.
You will develop annual business plans, monitor performance against targets, manage budgets and ensure guest satisfaction with outstanding dining experiences across multiple outlets within the property.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in F&B operations within luxury hospitality.
- Experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent guest engagement and relationship management.
- Strong communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and guide the team.
- Develop and present annual business plan, revenue targets, and budgets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address feedback and complaints.
- Forecast and take corrective actions to meet financial targets.
- Maintain high service standards, food quality and presentation.
