Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements to prepare competitive insurance quotations.
• Issue motor insurance policies accurately and on time.
• Process client requests for policy amendments and verifications.
• Follow up with customers to convert queries into closed business.
• Work closely with Sales Agents, Underwriters, and internal teams.
