Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive's Polestar Aftersales team in Dubai is seeking an experienced Personal Service Technician (PST). You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and company standards while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

The role combines advanced diagnostics with hands-on repair work and customer-facing duties in a busy Dubai workshop. Requirements include 6–7 years as a Light Vehicle Technician, OEM certifications, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• IMI Light Vehicle Master Technician Level 3–4 or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced OEM certification such as Diagnostic Master or Gold Technician.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding in a fast-paced workshop.
• Carry out repairs, periodic maintenance, inspections and accessory installations.
• Explain findings and repair recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders and invoicing.
• Support workshop productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards.
