Job summary

One Health in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales/Application Specialist responsible for sales with technical expertise, application support and training for Point of care diagnostic product lines. You will drive sales, assist installations, troubleshoot, and deliver customer training for analyzers in critical care, physician clinics and laboratories.

You will engage with customers to generate new leads, ensure product performance and satisfaction, and provide pre- and post-sales support

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, product management, application support, or technical sales.
• Experience with point of care diagnostics or related devices is preferred.
• Strong ability to train customers and troubleshoot in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads for Point of care diagnostics and drive market penetration.
• Install and set up new equipment; provide operator training and application support.
• Explain assay functionality and QA/audit results to customers.
• Plan and execute on-site or remote troubleshooting; resolve complaints via escalation process.
• Provide field support across United Arab Emirates and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with product management to offer pre- and post-sales support.
• Create and implement comprehensive application training programs for customers.
• Assist with product launches by providing technical information and demonstrations.
• Support accreditation processes and assay validation for customers.
• Document training activities and improve training methods based on feedback.
• Collaborate across departments to share knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
