Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, life sciences, or medical device industry.
• Proven success managing distributors or indirect sales channels across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of revenue growth through partner networks.
• Experience delivering product, technical, or applications training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a network of distributor partners across multiple countries within the MENA region.
• Create and execute distributor business plans, forecasts, and market development strategies.
• Provide product, technical, and applications training to distributor teams (train-the-trainer approach).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting complex sales cycles and tenders.
• Build relationships with distributor partners, laboratory stakeholders, customers, and key opinion leaders in the region.
• Act as a trusted business partner, supporting commercial and technical discussions for customer success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and drive market expansion.
• Travel regularly across distributor markets (30-50%) to support growth and engagement.
