Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a PMV Coordinator with robust UAE experience to oversee deployment, utilization, and maintenance of project vehicles and equipment across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with project teams, keep accurate records, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with workshops, suppliers, and subcontractors. Proficiency in Excel/ERP is required; UAE driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in PMV Coordination, PMV Administration, Fleet Coordination, Equipment Control, or Construction Operations.
• Experience working with a construction main contractor is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction equipment such as Excavators, Cranes, Loaders, Bobcats, Generators, Forklifts, Heavy Trucks, Light Vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of PMV documentation, equipment tracking, and maintenance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment and mobilization of plant, machinery, and vehicles to project sites.
• Monitor equipment utilization and ensure optimum resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding PMV requirements and schedules.
• Maintain records of equipment movements, utilization reports, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with PMV workshop, suppliers, and subcontractors for repairs and servicing.
• Track equipment downtime and prepare performance reports.
• Assist in obtaining permits, registrations, and insurance renewals for company vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment inspections and certification requirements.
• Prepare monthly PMV operational reports and cost summaries.
• Maintain PMV database and asset tracking records.
• Support project managers in planning equipment requirements based on project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
