Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) seeks a PMO Manager to oversee the company’s live projects in the UAE and KSA. You will set standards, templates, and reporting cadences for all project teams, while monitoring schedule, cost and risk across the portfolio.

The role includes governance, change control, and claims management, plus coordinating Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• 15+ years in project management or PMO roles in construction, including at least 7 years leading a PMO in the GCC.
• Experience running portfolios worth AED 300M+ concurrently.
• Advanced Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI, with strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EVM and claims.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Setting the rules: building and enforcing standards, templates, workflows and reporting cadence for all project teams.
• Watching the portfolio: tracking schedule, cost and risk across all projects.
• Reporting upward: producing dashboards and monthly performance reviews for MD and Board.
• Governance: overseeing compliance, change control and claims management.
• Coordinating departments: linking Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance.
• Digital rollout: leading Power BI dashboard and PMO software implementation.
• Mentoring: coaching PMs and Directors in UAE and KSA.
