Job summary

Aventus Global Talent is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project management operations across major construction and interior fit-out projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will report to the Managing Director and ensure on-time delivery, budget discipline and quality standards.

You will establish PMO processes, strengthen reporting and risk management, and provide senior leadership with clear visibility of overall project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• PMP certification is essential.
• 12 years minimum PMO/Project Management experience in construction.
• Experience managing projects worth AED 300 million or more.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia.
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO, establishing clear processes, standards and reporting.
• Oversee planning, budgets, timelines and risks across multiple live projects.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure governance, change management and claims control.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance teams.
• Lead implementation and improvement of project reporting tools, including Power BI.
• Support and mentor Project Managers and Directors across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
