Job summary

PMKConsult in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager to join a client's development team on warehousing, logistics and manufacturing facility projects. You will lead post-contract activities, drive site progress, and manage information flow between planning, commercial teams, consultants, contractors and the client.

The role reports to a Director, is full-time in Abu Dhabi, and requires a degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture with 10+ years of experience

• 10+ years of experience required.
• Previous Client-side/PMC experience.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi full-time.

Key Responsibilities

The role is a full-time, project manager role, embedded within a client's development team, reporting to one of our Directors. You are responsible for managing multiple warehousing / logistical / manufacturing facility projects in the UAE. Your role includes working alongside our planning & commercial teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams.

• You will be responsible for managing the post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting to the client's development team.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Previous Client-side/PMC Experience Required.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi full-time.
