Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) seeks a PMO Manager to oversee the company’s live projects in the UAE and KSA. You will set standards, templates, and reporting cadences for all project teams, while monitoring schedule, cost and risk across the portfolio.

The role includes governance, change control, and claims management, plus coordinating Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• 15+ years in project management or PMO roles in construction, including at least 7 years leading a PMO in the GCC.
• Experience running portfolios worth AED 300M+ concurrently.
• Advanced Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI, with strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EVM and claims.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus.

The Position:

The PMO (Project Management Office) Manager will be the central control point across all the company’s live projects in the UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the rules: building and enforcing the standards, templates, workflows and reporting cadence that every project team follows.
• Watching the whole portfolio: tracking schedule, cost and risk across all projects at once, not just one job.
• Reporting upward: producing executive dashboards and monthly performance reviews for the MD and Board.
• Governance: overseeing compliance, change control and claims management.
• Coordinating departments: acting as the link between Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance.
• Digital rollout: leading the Power BI dashboard and PMO software implementation.
• Mentoring: coaching Project Managers and Directors in both countries.

Requirements:

• A degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• PMP certification, which is mandatory.
