Job summary

Client of Aventus Global Talent seeks an experienced PMO Manager to lead operations for major construction and interior fit-out projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will establish PMO processes, strengthen reporting and risk management, and provide senior leadership with clear visibility of project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• PMP certification is essential.
• 12+ years of PMO/PM experience in construction or contracting.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects with total value AED 300 million+.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO, establishing clear processes, standards and reporting.
• Oversee planning, budgets, timelines and risks across live projects.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Ensure project governance, contract compliance, change management and claims control.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of project reporting tools including Power BI dashboards.
• Support and mentor Project Managers and Directors across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
