Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, governance, tracking, and reporting activities across multiple projects and programs.
• Maintain project schedules, key milestones, action logs, dependencies, and portfolio-level tracking tools.
• Monitor delivery performance against approved scope, schedule, budget, resource plans, and defined KPIs.
• Prepare concise project and portfolio status reports for management and executive stakeholders.
• Support steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and portfolio performance discussions.
• Track outstanding actions, project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate follow-up with responsible stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent application of PMO standards, templates, controls, and reporting requirements.

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear visibility of project health and portfolio performance.
• Build advanced Excel models and reporting tools for project analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor 's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in PMO, project management, business analysis, portfolio management, or a comparable role.
• Strong experience with project reporting, governance, milestone tracking, and performance management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability for analysis, modeling, and structured reporting.
• Practical experience developing dashboards and management reports in Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio KPIs.
• Experience with forecasting and scenario analysis involving project timelines, resources, or costs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or another recognized project management certification is advantageous.
• Experience with Power Automate, SQL, Python, or comparable automation and data tools is valuable.
• Previous implementation of AI or automation solutions within a business environment is preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise transformation programs or project portfolio management environments is advantageous.
