Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, finance, IT or data analytics.
• 3–7 years in PMO, project management, or portfolio management.
• Strong governance, status reporting and performance-tracking skills.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI experience and data analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, governance, tracking, and reporting across the project portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, action trackers, and dashboards.
• Monitor projects against scope, schedules, budgets, resources, KPIs, and delivery commitments.
• Consolidate project information into clear management and executive reports.
• Develop portfolio updates covering progress, constraints, risks, and milestones.
• Support governance meetings and portfolio reviews with reliable data.
