Job summary

DeepLight AI in Dubai is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to join the Delivery Operations squad. You will own project controls, drive portfolio governance, and produce executive-level reporting for multi-stream AI projects.

The role requires a strong analytical background, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI, MS Project and Jira. You will collaborate with project managers and technical leads to strengthen PMO standards and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Proven PMO, project controls, coordination or reporting analyst experience in structured environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with hands-on PPM and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own project controls across baselines, milestones, budgets, resources and RAID logs.
• Deliver executive insights via dashboards, reports and portfolio KPIs for leadership and steering committees.
• Analyze delivery health, identify schedule variances and budget deviations, provide early warnings.
• Support project stage-gate reviews and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders to optimize PMO templates and reporting workflows.

As we scale our portfolio of enterprise transformations across the GCC, we are seeking a proactive, highly analytical PMO Analyst to join our Delivery Operations squad in Dubai.

The Opportunity...

In this role, you will sit at the operational heart of our client delivery function. Working alongside Project Managers, Engagement Directors, and technical leads, you will own project controls, drive portfolio governance, analyse delivery health, and produce executive-level reporting.

What You’ll Do...

• Own Project Controls: Track project baselines, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across multi-stream delivery engagements.
• Deliver Executive Insights: Design, automate, and distribute high-impact PMO dashboards, status reports, and portfolio KPIs for executive leadership and steering committees.
• Analyse Performance: Evaluate project trends, highlight schedule variances, detect budget deviations, and provide early warning insights to maintain delivery velocity.
• Drive Governance & Compliance: Support project stage-gate reviews, ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, and maintain audit-ready project documentation.
• Enhance PMO Standards: Collaborate with delivery leaders to continuously optimize PMO templates, reporting workflows, and project management best practices.

What We’re Looking For...

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a PMO, project controls, project coordination, or reporting analyst role within a structured project environment.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience using PPM and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, Jira).
• A demonstrated ability to consolidate complex data streams across multiple projects into clear, actionable portfolio visibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage constructively with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders.

What Gives You an Edge

• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-CP credentials.
• Hands-on experience building interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards to automate portfolio reporting.
• Prior experience in a professional services or management consultancy environment.
