Job summary

Ministry of Community Empowerment seeks a seasoned PMO/Performance Manager to lead an integrated portfolio of strategic projects in Dubai. You will monitor progress, develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategy execution across sectors.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a PMP credential, and strong BI expertise in Power BI and SQL. Collaboration with department heads and governance implementation are key components of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• PMP certification is a must.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, or performance management.
• Strong expertise in BI tools: Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reports.
• Government/public sector experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Lead the planning, monitoring, and performance management of strategic projects.
• Create executive dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for decision making.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
