Job summary

DeepLight AI is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to join our Delivery Operations squad in Dubai. You will own project controls, drive portfolio governance, and produce executive-level reporting across multi-stream engagements.

You will design and automate PMO dashboards, monitor delivery health, and provide insights to leadership while ensuring audit-ready documentation and continuous PMO improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven PMO, project controls, or reporting experience in structured environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PPM and reporting tools (Power BI, MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to consolidate multiple data streams into clear portfolio visibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with managers, technical leads, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Project Controls across baselines, milestones, budgets, resources, and RAID logs.
• Deliver Executive Insights with dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership.
• Analyse Performance, identify variances and budget deviations, provide early warnings.
• Drive Governance & Compliance, support stage-gate reviews and audit-ready docs.
• Enhance PMO Standards, collaborate to optimize templates and reporting workflows.
