Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks a PMO Analyst to support project and portfolio management with strong data analytics and AI skills. You will provide accurate insights on performance, identify risks, and improve PMO processes while leveraging AI for automation and smarter decision making.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, maintain governance artifacts, and prepare executive reports. The role requires collaboration across functions and delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–7 years PMO/portfolio experience.
• Strong Excel & Power BI with automation/tooling experience.
• Experience implementing AI or automation in PMO environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance across the project portfolio.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps and improvements.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and governance materials.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions for forecasting and reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive data-driven PMO process improvements.
