Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks an experienced BIM Engineer to model plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems in Revit MEP for UAE projects, including villas and buildings.

You will coordinate routes against structural beams and HVAC ducts, perform clash detection, and produce 2D shop drawings while updating models from site red-lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; Autodesk Revit certified; 4+ years BIM experience.
• 4–8 years UAE MEP contracting BIM experience modelling plumbing, drainage, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Model plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems in Revit MEP at LOD 300/400.
• Coordinate piping routes against structural beams and HVAC ducts.
• Perform clash detection and produce 2D shop drawings.
• Create shop drawings and builder's work As-Builts; update models from site red-lines.
• Generate sleeve layouts for penetrations and verify gravity flow clearances.

• Plumbing BIM Modeling
• Model cold hot water networks soil waste vent storm drainage and fire sprinkler piping in Revit MEP at LOD 300 400
• Sloped Piping Coordination
• Incorporate exact pipe falls and invert levels for drainage networks to verify gravity flow clearances
• Clash Detection
• Shop Drawings
• Coordinate plumbing and fire fighting routes against structural beams and HVAC ducts in Navisworks generate 2D drawings
• Builder s Work As-Builts
• Generate sleeve layouts for pipe penetrations and update models based on site red-line markups

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; Autodesk Revit certified; 4+ years BIM experience.

Required Industry & Project Background:

• 4–8 years in UAE MEP contracting modeling plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems on buildings or villas.
