Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking an experienced Plumbing BIM Engineer to develop detailed 3D BIM models for water supply, drainage and firefighting systems in building projects.

You will conduct clash detection, coordinate with MEP, structural and electrical BIM models, and produce coordinated shop drawings. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred; UAE/GCC experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Experience coordinating with mechanical, electrical and structural BIM teams.

To develop and coordinate detailed plumbing BIM models for building construction projects, ensuring accurate, clash-free coordination across all MEP disciplines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks for clash detection.

• Experience coordinating with mechanical, electrical and structural BIM teams.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
