Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and coordinate 3D mechanical models for HVAC and piping on UAE projects. You will perform clash detection, produce fully coordinated shop drawings, and drive builder's work coordination directly from detailed BIM models.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree, Revit certification, and 4+ years of BIM experience within UAE MEP contracting, focusing on high-rise, luxury residential, or commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Autodesk Revit certified.
• 4+ years BIM experience.
• 4–8 years in UAE MEP contracting on high-rise, luxury residential or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D mechanical models HVAC ducting and extract systems to LOD 300–400.
• Run Navisworks clash tests between mechanical, electrical, containment, plumbing and structural elements.
• Extract fully coordinated 2D shop drawings and plantroom layouts from the approved 3D model.
• Generate builder's work drawings showing sleeves, core holes and plinths.

• strong Builder s Work Coordination strong Generate precise builder s work drawings showing all slab and wall sleeves core holes and plinths nbsp

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Autodesk Revit certified professional; 4+ years BIM experience.

Required Industry & Project Background:

4–8 years in UAE MEP contracting modeling HVAC and mechanical systems on high-rise, luxury residential, or commercial projects.
