Job summary

CADD EMIRATES COMPUTER TRADING L.L.C is seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeler specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. The candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a strong background in MEP coordination and clash detection.

Experience in Gulf building projects is mandatory, and candidates must be located in the UAE. Immediate availability or the ability to start within 7 days is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience modeling MEP HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM MEP Modeler
• Gulf (UAE/GCC) building project experience is mandatory
