Job summary

Zohorecruit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Mechanical BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination on construction projects. You will develop detailed HVAC models using Revit, produce shop drawings, and ensure clash-free installations in collaboration with architects and site teams.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–7+ years with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 7+ years in mechanical engineering, detailing, or BIM coordination for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed digital models of HVAC ducts, pipes, and mechanical equipment using BIM software.
• Identify and fix spatial conflicts between systems using clash detection tools.
• Produce installation plans and as‑built documentation directly from the model.
• Perform basic system sizing verifications (flow, pressure drop, duct/pipe sizing).
