Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Service Manager - Cash & Liquidity Platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role leads solution design, architecture, and delivery for long-term strategic initiatives in wholesale banking, government and large corporate customers.

You will own deployment, Azure cloud provisioning, CI/CD, Kubernetes operations, data migration and end-to-end integration across Core Banking and Payments, with a focus on security, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in banking domain.
• Strong experience in managing projects from initial phase to closure with PMI standards and methodologies.
• Proven hands‑on experience in cloud (Azure), CI/CD, Kubernetes, and release/env management for banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design of critical WBG and BBD solutions and oversee end-to-end integrations.
• Manage deployment, validation and environment readiness for platform releases (Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes).
• Coordinate with vendors, business users and stakeholders to document requirements and changes.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, legal, regulations and audit requirements.
