Job summary

Rakbank seeks an experienced implementation leader for Corporate Online Banking and related services. You will own delivery across H2H, liquidity management, wallet solutions and payments, coordinating with product, technology and operations teams.

You will drive client workshops, testing and go-live readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate invoicing. UAE banking exposure and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• CertICM, PMP / Agile or SWIFT / ISO 20022 certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in transaction banking, with at least 4 years in cash management implementation or client integration.
• Proven delivery of online banking, host-to-host (SFTP / API), liquidity and wallet / digital payment implementations for corporate clients.
• Middle East banking experience with a sound understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Corporate Online Banking, H2H, liquidity relief, and wallet propositions.
• Convert mandates into live, revenue-generating solutions within agreed timelines.
• Lead technical integration with client ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) across ISO 20022 / XML, MT formats and SWIFT.
• Coordinate with product, technology and operations during implementation and go-live.
• Provide visibility of the implementation portfolio through MIS dashboards and risk indicators.
