Job summary

Sharjah Islamic Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive the development, commercialization, and governance of the institutional liability and cash management portfolio. You will grow deposits, optimize funding mix, and expand transactional engagement with Sharia-compliant solutions across Corporate and Institutional clients in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; postgraduate certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the deposit base across Corporate and Institutional clients.
• Optimize product pricing, tiering structures, and liquidity mix in coordination with Treasury.
• Introduce differentiated propositions & sector-specific features to attract and retain strategic clients.
• Monitor monthly performance dashboards to track growth, spreads, and product profitability.
