- Prepare recovery strategies and corrective planning.

- Maintain schedule records, revisions, and change orders.
- Support scope changes and assess cost/resource impact.

- Develop detailed master schedules and construction programmes using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent planning systems.

- Maintain and update project schedules using verified construction progress and current site information.
- Monitor actual performance against approved baseline programmes and identify schedule variances at an early stage.
- Analyse critical and near-critical activities that may influence project completion dates.
- Prepare recovery strategies and corrective planning measures where construction activities fall behind schedule.
