Job summary

Dutco Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Planner with 12–15 years in construction and project controls, including 5–8 years in a managerial planning role. You will drive project controls, scheduling, and cost/performance reporting for large-scale developments.

Lead the planning team, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure timely delivery on high-rise and mixed-use projects in the UAE. PMP is preferred, with strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years total experience in construction/project controls.
• 5–8 years in a managerial planning role.
• Strong UAE/GCC project experience.
• Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, infrastructure, or large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Baseline Programme preparation (resource loaded) using Primavera P6.
• Prepare progress reports and delay analysis.
• EOT claim preparation, risk/claim management.
• Review and approve subcontractor schedules.
• Lead and mentor Project Planning Team.

Essential Requirements

Required Experience (Years & Industry)

• Minimum 12 to 15 years overall experience in construction/project controls. Minimum 5 to 8 years in a managerial planning role.
• Strong UAE/GCC project experience.
• Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, infrastructure, or large-scale developments.
