Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) in Dubai seeks a Planning Manager to join their Dubai head office, delivering projects across the UAE. You will develop and maintain master programme (Primavera P6), monitor progress and report variances against plan.

The role requires 10+ years in building construction for a main contractor in the UAE, with ability to conduct delay analyses, EOT submissions, and lead recovery planning with PM, site, procurement and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UAE building construction projects.
• Based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview in Dubai.
• Experience with main contractor projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the master programme (P6) and look-ahead plans.
• Monitors progress, updates against site progress, and reports variances.
• Performs delay analysis, time impact analyses, and EOT submissions.
• Leads recovery planning and coordinates with PM, site, procurement, and subcontractors.

Job description

I am currently hiring on behalf of a European contractor for a Planning Manager to join their Dubai head office, delivering projects across the UAE.Roles & Responsibilities:1) Programme development and baseline controls: Builds, gets approved, and maintains the master programme (P6) and its look-ahead plans.2) Progress monitoring and reporting: Updates the programme against actual site progress and reports planned vs. actual, critical path movement, and slippage to management and the client.3) Delay analysis, EOT, and claims support: Tracks delays and prepares time impact analyses and EOT submissions to protect the contractor's entitlement.4) Recovery planning and coordination: Develops mitigation and recovery plans when behind and aligns the PM, site, procurement, and subcontractors to the master programme.

Desired Candidate Profile:1) Minimum 10+ years of experience.2) Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available to interview face-to-face in Dubai.3) Proven experience working on building construction projects for a main contractor in the UAE.
