Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES is seeking a Physiotherapy Patient Journey Coordinator in the United Arab Emirates. The role will manage the patient journey from registration through treatment, coordinating appointments, assessments, plans, and follow-ups with therapists and clinicians.

You will educate patients on schedules, required documentation, and insurance processes, and you will handle referrals and inquiries while maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Hospital Administration, Physiotherapy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient coordination, rehabilitation services, physiotherapy operations, or healthcare administration.
• UAE healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for physiotherapy patients throughout treatment journey.
• Coordinate registrations, appointments, sessions, follow-ups, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule initial assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation sessions.
• Educate patients on schedules, documentation, insurance approvals, and package information.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure treatment adherence and continuity of care.
• Coordinate referrals from physicians and other specialties.
