Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients throughout their care journey across the assigned unit or program. You will coordinate appointments, ensure timely follow-up and facilitate communication between patients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2–3 years of healthcare or patient-facing administrative experience, with strong English and basic Arabic language skills and a patient-centred approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2–3 years of healthcare or patient-facing administrative experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with clinicians and administrative teams to support patient services.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patients' appointments and services within the assigned unit or program.
• Facilitate timely follow-up and effective communication between patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patients with information, guidance and non-clinical support across touchpoints.
