Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist based in the UAE to ensure safety information about Novo products is collected, assessed, and reported in compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.

You will serve as the UAE QPPV, maintain the PV system, and ensure timely ADR reporting, PSURs and RMP submissions while training staff and external partners. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacovigilance experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of local/global PV regulations and PV agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as QPPV for Novo products in UAE.
• Maintain PV system per SOPs and local regs.
• Report ADRs to Global Safety & UAE EDE within timelines.
• Provide PV onboarding to external vendors and PSPs/MRPs.
• Submit PSURs and RMPs to local authority on time.
