Job summary

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional with a 4-year degree in pharmacy and 3–5 years in pharma. You will handle ICSR reporting, RMP and PSUR authoring, and entry of safety data through MOH portals.

You will train staff, monitor local literature, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and HSE policies while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / any equivalent field.
• At least 3-5 year’ experience in pharma / Health care / Medical Industry.
• Good in communicative English (communicating, writing and speaking) is mandatory and Arabic as advantage.
• Excellent in MS office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Complete and understand the assigned trainings.
• Track local literature journals as per RA-02-014.
• Reporting of safety concerns, ICSR to PV unit.
• Authoring RMP, PSURs.
• Provide basic Pharmacovigilance training to PV and non-PV staff.
• ICSR data entry and submission through MOH portal.
