Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Dubai seeks a Medical Representative for the Obesity Business Unit. You will promote Novo Nordisk products to specialists, physicians, pharmacies and distributors, translating the obesity strategy into territory actions that drive sustainable growth.

You will build strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, learn complex scientific information quickly, and turn insights into focused actions that support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or another relevant scientific discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
• The ability to learn complex scientific information quickly and communicate it clearly and relevantly to different customers.
• A customer-centric mindset: you understand what healthcare professionals need and create interactions that deliver real value.
• Business acumen – understanding market dynamics, customer potential, competitive landscape and key performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Novo Nordisk products to specialists, physicians, pharmacies and distributors in your territory, executing the obesity strategy with focus.
• Plan and carry out visits to existing and new customers to present products and support their needs.
• Assess each customer’s needs and recommend Novo Nordisk products and services that meet them best.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions and concerns.
• Report adverse events and other safety information in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong, trusted customer relationships and turn insights into territory actions for future growth.
