Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or another relevant scientific discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information quickly and communicate it clearly to different customers.
• Customer-centric mindset: understand healthcare professionals’ needs and deliver value.
• Business acumen: market dynamics, customer potential, competition, and data-driven opportunities.
• Confident, credible communication and influencing skills across customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Novo Nordisk products to specialists, physicians, pharmacies and distributors in your territory, executing the obesity strategy.
• Plan and carry out visits to existing and new customers to present products and support their needs.
• Assess each customer’s needs and recommend Novo Nordisk products and services.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions and concerns.
• Report adverse events and other safety information in line with regulations.
• Build strong relationships and turn insights into territory actions for growth.
