Job summary

Weissach Capital in Dubai invites applications for a hands-on Business Development Coordinator role in our pharmaceuticals team. You will identify manufacturers, build relationships, and explore new commercial opportunities in oncology and specialty medicines.

Based in the UAE, you will coordinate meetings with international companies, support pricing and terms discussions, and report progress to the Director in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, commercial operations, product sourcing, or a related field.
• Experience communicating directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with good negotiation skills.
• UAE-based and available to work on-site in Dubai.
• Fluent English and Russian are required.
• Comfortable communicating with international companies by email, phone, and video calls.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, or specialty medicines is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CIS / CEE / GCC pharmaceutical markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential pharmaceutical manufacturers and business partners
• Develop a pipeline of new manufacturers, products, and commercial opportunities
• Contact international pharmaceutical companies and introduce our business
• Build and maintain strong manufacturer relationships
• Research new oncology, specialty, and other pharmaceutical products for our portfolio
• Coordinate manufacturer meetings, product discussions, and follow-ups
• Support commercial discussions covering pricing, MOQs, exclusivity, territories, and supply terms
• Prepare product and market opportunity summaries
• Monitor market developments and identify potential portfolio opportunities
• Maintain an organized business development pipeline and ensure all opportunities are followed up
• Prepare regular business development updates and reports for the Director
• Support the Director during international pharmaceutical exhibitions and business meetings
