Job summary

Confidential, based in Dubai, seeks a Commercial Operations Executive with pharma industry experience to support regulatory, logistics, warehouse and financial activities across the full order-to-cash cycle.

You will coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, manage stock and inventory, assist with UAE import permits and Tatmeen compliance, and collaborate with Finance on payments and cash flow. Five plus years UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with UAE pharmaceutical Import Permits, Tatmeen shipment clearance and warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries for pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial offers, purchase orders and sales orders.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times and orders.
• Support pharmaceutical tenders, registrations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate Import Permit applications and shipment clearance.
• Support Tatmeen activities and related pharmaceutical shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, customs, freight forwarders and logistics providers for clearance.
• Follow up on international shipments, customs clearance and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate local transportation and deliveries to customers.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse stock and inventory records.
• Follow up on stock levels, slow-moving items, and near-expiry products.
• Support FEFO stock rotation and minimize product expiry and losses.
• Work with the commercial team to maximize sales from available stock.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, dispatching and stock reconciliation.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding invoices, payments, and cash-flow requirements.
• Maintain records of customers, suppliers, products, orders, stock, shipments and payments.
• Prepare commercial inventory, shipment and financial reports for management.
• Coordinate between Commercial, Regulatory, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams.

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to support our commercial regulatory logistics warehouse and financial activities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and UAE market requirements with strong coordination follow-up and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries quotations orders and deliveries for pharmaceutical products
• Prepare and follow up on commercial offers purchase orders and sales orders

Requirements
