Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive for Personal Loans in Ras Al Khaimah. You will acquire new customers, promote personal loan products, and strive to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role involves field sales, lead generation, and ensuring KYC/compliance in line with banking policies. Prior banking experience and strong negotiation skills are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year banking/financial services sales experience preferred.
• Experience in personal loan, credit card, or retail banking products is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer acquisition abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field, direct and target-driven selling.
• KYC and banking compliance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, and direct engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Explain eligibility criteria, rates, fees, terms, and required documents.
• Collect and verify documents before submission and ensure compliance.
• Follow up on applications until approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity KPIs.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and update status regularly.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products where relevant.
• Maintain ethical selling and high standards of customer service.
