TASC Outsourcing seeks a Sales Executive – Personal Loans to acquire new customers, promote personal loan products, and meet monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves field sales, lead generation, and cross-selling within retail banking products.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of banking or financial services sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year banking/financial services sales experience preferred.
• Experience in personal loan sales, credit card sales, or retail banking products is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer acquisition skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, direct sales, and target-driven environments.
• UAE retail banking sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, databases, and direct customer engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents before application submission.
• Ensure applications comply with KYC, AML, credit, and internal banking policies.
• Follow up on applications until approval and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity KPIs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer/application status regularly.
• Build strong customer relationships and handle after-sales queries professionally.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products where relevant.
• Maintain ethical selling and customer service standards.
