Job summary

TASC Outsourcing seeks a results-driven Sales Executive for Personal Loans and Credit Cards to drive customer acquisition across the UAE market. You will promote products, generate leads, identify customer needs, and guide applicants through submission and approvals.

Maintain strong client relationships, hit monthly targets, cross-sell other retail banking products, and ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations in a dynamic UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year banking/financial services sales experience.
• Experience selling Personal Loans, Credit Cards, or Retail Banking Products.
• Strong customer acquisition and sales closing skills.
• Knowledge of UAE retail banking market preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable with field/direct sales.
• Knowledge of KYC, credit documentation, and banking compliance.
• Ability to work under monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Personal Loans and Credit Cards to eligible customers.
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, field sales, existing databases, and customer networks.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Explain product features, eligibility, pricing, fees, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Collect and verify customer documents before submission.
• Ensure applications comply with bank policies, credit criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on application status, approvals, disbursement, and card issuance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products where applicable.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and ethical selling.
