PetLab Co. is seeking an experienced Video Editor and Producer to craft AI-powered, performance-driven ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll blend UGC, creator footage, stock and AI assets to scale customer acquisition.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategists, Paid Media, Video Producers and Influencers, shaping briefs, scripts and creative strategy for scalable campaigns. A direct-response mindset and fast delivery are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of video editing experience, including paid social ads for DTC/eCommerce.
• Portfolio must include AI-generated ads with tools used and your role.
• Hundreds to thousands of paid social ads produced with measurable results.
• Strong written and spoken English, able to present ideas to a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-volume performance ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Write hooks and CTAs, ensure visual changes every 2–3 seconds.
• Add captions, overlays, sound design and platform-specific formats.
• Create AI-generated video content and localized voiceovers.
• Test variations and iterate based on performance metrics.
