Job summary

PetLab Co. seeks a Video Editor and Producer focused on AI-powered performance ads in Dubai, UAE. You will produce high volumes of ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, blending AI video generation, avatars and voiceovers with a direct-response mindset.

The role requires 4+ years editing for paid social, a portfolio including AI-generated ads, and strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut. You will collaborate with strategists and media teams to scale customer acquisition.

Qualifications

4+ years of video editing experience for paid social ads
Portfolio including AI-generated ads with tools used and your role
Hundreds to thousands of paid social ads produced with measurable results (ROAS, CPA)
Strong written and spoken English; able to collaborate with a global team
Experience using AI video tools daily and integrating them into fast editing workflows

Responsibilities

Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from briefs
Write hooks for 0-3 seconds, keep pacing tight and visuals changing every 2–3 seconds
Add captions, overlays, sound design, music and platform-specific calls-to-action
Cut UGC, creator, influencer, studio and stock footage into native-feeling ads
Export in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 formats; organize files for media buyers
Test new AI tools to gain edge and speed up workflows
Contribute to creative strategy and scripting with briefs, storyboards and shot lists
Iterate and test variations to scale winning ads
