Job summary

PetLab Co. is hiring a Video Editor & Producer to lead AI-driven, performance-focused ad creation. You’ll craft direct-response scripts, edit high-volume reels for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and produce AI-generated visuals and voiceovers.

You’ll work with strategists and paid media teams to shape creative strategy and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Requirements include 4+ years in video editing for DTC/eCommerce, a proven track record with AI-powered ads, and

Qualifications

4+ years of video editing experience, including paid social ads for DTC or ecommerce.
Proven experience creating AI-powered ads and creative with portfolio evidence.
Hundreds to thousands of paid social ads produced with measurable results.
Strong written and spoken English; ability to present ideas to a global team.
Daily use of AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs) and knowledge of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Editing short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from briefs.
Write hooks and CTAs; craft scripts for various ad formats including AI-driven content.
Generate AI video assets, avatars, voiceovers and localized versions.
Produce multiple ad variations; test and optimize using performance data.
Collaborate with strategists, paid media, video producers, and social teams.
