PetLab Co. is seeking a Video Editor & Producer who combines editing craft with AI-powered ads to drive direct response for a leading DTC pet brand. You’ll own high-volume creative for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, writing hooks and scripts while shaping the strategy behind ads that convert.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategists, Paid Media and Video Producers, delivering ads that scale customer acquisition with a fast-paced, data-driven workflow across a global brand.

Qualifications

4+ years of video editing experience, including paid social ads for DTC/eCommerce.
Proven experience creating AI-powered ads with a measurable impact.
Portfolio with hundreds or thousands of paid social ads and strong performance data.
Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present to a global team.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-volume performance video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Write hooks, scripts and CTAs; help shape the creative strategy and briefs.
Generate AI video assets, avatars, voiceovers and B‑roll; ensure realism and consistency.
Test variations, analyze metrics, and iterate to improve ROAS and CPA.
