Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is essential.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, especially with off‑plan projects and lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content planning, and website management.
• Previous experience coordinating with external marketing agencies and vendors.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, retargeting, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Coordinate with content teams and agencies for project launches and lead gen.
• Review and optimize social media calendars, captions, and creatives.
• Coordinate landing pages, website forms, and related requirements.
