Business Baker, a digital marketing agency in Dubai, is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who loves numbers as much as ideas and who wants to see their work turn into real leads and sales for our clients.

You will plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients in sectors such as real estate, business setup, healthcare and ecommerce.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands on experience running paid campaigns, at an agency or in house.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable analyzing data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organized, curious and able to manage several accounts at once.

Responsabilités

• Build and launch Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat campaigns based on agreed client goals.
• Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences and placements daily to improve cost per lead and ROAS.
• Research keywords, audiences and competitors to shape campaign structure.
• Set up and check conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Plan creative tests with design/content team, and brief new ad variations.
• Monitor budget pacing so client spend stays on plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports that explain results and next steps in plain language.
• Join client calls and contribute ideas for growth.

About the role

You will plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients in sectors such as real estate, business setup, healthcare and ecommerce. You will own the day to day performance of your accounts, from tracking and budgets to testing and reporting.
