Job summary

Peergrowth is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and online revenue for its retail fashion and e-commerce initiatives. The role requires hands-on management of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with strong emphasis on ROAS, conversions, and continuous optimization.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced across retail/e-commerce and agency settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or paid media.
• Experience in retail fashion or fashion e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Focus on e-commerce sales, customer acquisition, ROAS, conversions and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with creative, merchandising, e-commerce and brand teams to produce high-performing assets.
